Per our Terms of Service, all payments for Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, NVMe instances, and Domain Registrations are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.

Why is this the policy?
When you order a server, immediate costs are incurred for infrastructure allocation, upstream IP reservations, and automated software licensing.

Exceptions:
In very rare circumstances—such as an accidental duplicate payment charge—our billing department may issue an account credit or a refund. Please open a Billing support ticket if you believe you have been double-charged.
