If you registered your domain with us but host your website elsewhere (e.g., Cloudflare, Shopify, Wix), you need to change your nameservers.

  1. Log in to your Client Area and click on Domains -> My Domains.
  2. Click the wrench icon (Manage) next to your domain.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Nameservers.
  4. Select Use custom nameservers (enter below).
  5. Enter the nameservers provided by your new host (e.g., ns1.cloudflare.com and ns2.cloudflare.com).
  6. Click Change Nameservers.

DNS changes take between 12 to 48 hours to fully propagate globally across all ISPs.
